'Gas Station Heroin' Killed Toms River Man, Family Says In Lawsuit
The family of a Toms River man has filed a lawsuit claiming he was killed by a supplement known by many as "gas station heroin."
The suit, filed on Thursday, Sept. 5 by the family of 32-year-old Matthew Cornier, names Neptune Resources, LLC; Super Chill CBD Products; and Hometown Market. Philadelphia-based law firm Feldman Shepherd announced the legal action in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 12.

A 29-year-old man was struck and killed by a car on the Garden State Parkway when the vehicle he was riding in became disabled during this week's snow storm, according to his obituary and New Jersey State Police.
Kody Lupich, of Point Pleasant, was standing on the grass median on the Parkway after the vehicle he was riding in became disabled Tuesday, Feb. 13 just after 7 a.m. in Tinton Falls, New Jersey State Police Detective I Jeffrey Lebron said.

Point Pleasant HS Grad Tyler 'Skipper' Rusinko Dies, 30
Tyler Rusinko of Point Pleasant died on Thursday, Jan. 18 at 30 years old, according to his obituary on the O'Brien Funeral Home website.
Rusinko was born on Sunday, Mar. 21, 1993, in Manalapan and moved to Point Pleasant with his parents Paul and Dawn in 1998, his obit reads.
As a child, Rusinko loved karate, collecting Pokemon cards and coins, watching SpongeBob SquarePants, and playing video games on his Game Boy.

Mitchell G. Holley, 34, of Downingtown, was heady south on Route 35 in Wall Township on Saturday, Oct. 7 around 6:45 p.m., when his Nissan Alitma left his lane of travel and struck a Mazda CX3, police in Wall Township said.

Born in Fountain Hill, Bill attended the Saucon Valley School District, where he was a football and track and field letterman before graduating in 1999, his obituary says.
