The man had a ticket to Nice, France and was arrested by Port Authority Police at Terminal B after his handgun was flagged in the checkpoint X-ray machine, the Transportation Security Administration said.  He also had a magazine loaded with five bullets, the TSA said. The federal penalty for bringing a weapon to a TSA checkpoint can cost as much as $15,000.
