A Long Island man was arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at the head of a 6-year-old boy who was trying to retrieve a bag of goodies left at the wrong home.
The incident occurred in Manhasset around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28 on Rockcrest Drive.
According to Nassau County Police, a mother drove her daughter, two sons, and her nephew to a home in Manhasset to drop off a goody bag of Halloween treats to a friend.

Slate Belt Senior Pointed Gun At Neighbor, Police Claim
A Northampton County man is accused of threatening his neighbor with a gun, say authorities.
Robert Overpeck Sr., 84, of Wind Gap, is charged with misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats, simple assault, and reckless endangerment, Slate Belt Regional Police wrote in a release.
The neighbor claimed to police that on April 13, Overpeck walked onto her property, pulled a gun from a holster, and pointed it at her, the department said. A search of his home turned up a revolver in a holster as well as a rifle, police wrote.

Firearm-Wielding Man Threatens Snowplow Operators In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A man has been arrested for allegedly threatening two snowplow operators with a gun in the area.
Ulster County resident Robert E. Kalb, 83, of Shandaken, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 4, after threatening the two town employees who were operating a snowplow, said Shandaken Police Chief Chad Storey.
According to Storey, around 8 a.m., on Monday, Kalb used a weapon to "menace" employees of the Town of Shandaken Highway Department.
Kalb was arrested and charged with two counts of menacing and released on his own recognizance.
