The Seymour man was walking south near the Exit 9 on-ramp in Shelton when the SUV struck him on Sunday, March 9, shortly before 5:30 a.m., Connecticut State Police said.
Paramedics rushed the victim to St. Vincent's Hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
