Mathew Jones, 46, of Waterbury, and Reginald Leach, 45, of Hartford, are facing multiple felony charges after police said they were caught inside the vacant home during the break-in, Windsor Locks police said. Dylan Owen Keefe was riding a Harley-Davidson on Saturday, June 7, along Gilead Street (Route 85) in Hebron, when his motorcycle collided with a 2011 Subaru Legacy that was turning left into a driveway, according to Connecticut State Police.
