Smoked meats barbecued "low and slow" paired with "wholesome" dishes is the hallmark of Smok-haus in Garden City.
The menu features brisket, pulled pork, ribs, shredded beef, lamb, porchetta, chicken, turkey, sausage, and wings smoked for hours on hickory among a blend of woods. The casual restaurant with a full-service bar, in and outside seating, and a takeout counter, opened in November across from the old Sears.
