A 33-year-old Bronx man was arrested and charged after he drove drunk with children in the car in Fairfield, authorities announced Thursday, Sept. 10, authorities said.
At 2:06 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 30, officers observed a black Dodge Durango driving the wrong way on Route 46, westbound in the eastbound lanes, Fairfield police said.
The Dodge was pulled over in a McDonald's parking lot and the driver, Miguel Nocelo-Soto displayed bloodshot and watery eyes, police said. The juveniles, 17, 12 and 1 were seated in the back, police said.
