Missing Teen Girl Ran Away From Mom, York County Police Say A 15-year-old girl was last seen running away from her mother, police in York County announced on Thursday, June 22, 2023.  Angel-Nevah Nicollete Kemper ran away from her mother at the VFW at 199 Veterans Way in Spring Grove around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, according to York County Regional police. She was last seen wearing a gray and blue hoodie with horizontal stripes, as detailed in the release.
