Baltimore Native Lester Carl Stewart Of York, PA Obituary A beloved "Pop pop" has been identified as a York County man who died from injuries sustained when he slammed into a manure spreader, Pennsylvania State Police told Daily Voice on Thursday, Dec. 14. Matthew Ragusa was "a beckon of light to countless citizens who needed hope in their darkest hour," wrote Robert Corsi.
