US Marshals Detail Capture Of Escaped Philadelphia Prisoner Alleem Borden The man who ran from police custody in Philadelphia on Monday morning, Feb. 26 has been arrested, authorities say.  Alleem Borden was reportedly being held in connection with a stolen car when he escaped while being discharged from Episcopal Hospital, according to US Marshals.  Borden was tracked down to an address in Johnstown, Cambria County, where Marshals said they found him hiding in an attic crawlspace.
