Authorities have named the 43-year-old dad who drowned in an industrial drainage basin in Portland Borough on Saturday, in a release on Tuesday, March 12. Jeffrey R. Delp of Upper Mount Bethel Township has been identified as the man who drowned, the Northampton County Coroner's Office stated in a release. It happened at Ultra-Poly Corporation, 102 Demi Road at the Portland Industrial Park on March 9, officials said. Someone was found dead in Enola on Saturday, authorities announced. The person was found in the 700 block of Shaffer Street, East Pennsboro Township, Enola at 5:45 a.m. on March 9, according to the local police department which had officers called to investigate. The East Pennsboro Township EMS, and the Cumberland County Coroner's Office also assisted at the scene. A Northampton County man was convicted at jury trial on dozens of felony counts related to child pornography, according to prosecutors. Zebbelin Standish, 36, was found guilty of more than 50 charges of possession of child pornography, four counts of dissemination, and criminal use of a communications facility following a four-day trial, said the state Attorney General's Office.
