13-Year-Old Girl Stabbed Near Delaware County Park: Police One teenager is in custody after authorities say he stabbed another youth in Delaware County on Sunday, April 2.  It happened in Upland Borough around 5:30 p.m., police said in a statement. Officers were called to the 400 block of Kent Lane near Upland Park to find a 13-year-old female victim with stab wounds to the back and stomach, the department wrote.  Witnesses told investigators that they saw a 13-year-old boy approach the victim in a borough park before stabbing her twice "without provocation," according to the release. Elderly Delco Man Had Meth In His Home, Say Police A Delaware County man faces misdemeanor drug charges after police say they found methamphetamine in his home.  Paul Peter Kazunas, 61, of Upland Borough, was taken into custody Wednesday, Nov. 16 and held at George W.
