Person Struck Dead On SEPTA Tracks In Montco, Officials Say
One person has died after being hit by a train in Montgomery County on Tuesday morning. Feb. 27, SEPTA told Daily Voice. It happened on the Doylestown Line near Penllyn Station, a SEPTA spokesperson said. The victim's name was not reported. The line briefly shut down as a result of the crash but service has since resumed, SEPTA added.

A 15-months and 14-days-old boy has been identified after being struck by a Norfolk Southen Train on Thursday. Landis Sensenig Newswanger was hit by a Norfolk Southern train running along the tracks in his backyard in the 400 block of West Main Street, South Newton Township, Cumberland County at 10:04 a.m. on Dec. 7, according to state police and later identified in his obituary. Man Killed By SEPTA Train In Philadelphia
A man was struck and killed by a SEPTA train early Sunday, April 23 in Philadelphia, authorities said. The accident happened around 5 a.m. on the northbound side of the subway tracks of the Snyder Station on the Broad Street Line, a SEPTA spokeswoman said. A person was struck by a SEPTA train in Philadelphia, officials said. The unidentified victim was in the southbound tracks at the Oregon station when they were hit around 3 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 17, according to a SEPTA spokesperson.
