Driver On Cocaine Causes Crash Killing 5 — Including Infant — At MD/PA Line: Coroner
A toxicology report has revealed that the driver of a Honda Accord was on cocaine when he caused a quintuple fatal, three-vehicle crash at the Maryland and Pennsylvania state line, authorities announced in April 2024.
The Fayette County Coroner Dr. Bob Baker previously identified the victims of the crash — all from Delaware, Ohio — as follows, as Daily Voice reported at the time:

Bradley Scott Thivener, 47-years-old.

Penn State Student Found Dead Less Than 2 Weeks After His Grandfather Died
A 21-year-old Penn State student was found dead in his dorm room less than two weeks after his grandfather died, authorities and the family say.
Ryan O'Malley, of Scranton, was found unresponsive by his roommate in student housing at 330 West College Avenue on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2022, at 4:17 a.m., according to a release by State College police on Tuesday, Oct. 18.
He was declared deceased at 4:52 a.m., by the Centre County coroner, Daily Collegian reports.

Update: IDs Released For 3 Found Dead At Bethlehem Comfort Suites
Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek has determined the identities of the three people found dead at Comfort Suites hotel in Bethlehem Wednesday morning.
Krissy Bonnell, 28, Amos Johnson, 47, and Kevin Neilley, 48, were found by a relative in a room at Comfort Suites on W. 3rd Street in Bethlehem around 10:30 a.m., LehighValleyLive reports citing a statement from Lysek.
The manner and cause of their deaths are pending results from toxicology tests, though they could be drug related, as paraphernalia was allegedly found inside the room, the report says.
