A Northampton Area High School coach is accused of carrying on a sexual "relationship" with a 17-year-old student-athlete, prosecutors say. A Pennsylvania pool shop owner was slapped with dozens of charges Tuesday after an investigation found that he had spent years scamming at least 26 customers out of thousands of dollars, the district attorney announced. Police are searching for a man who allegedly drove a woman he had been stalking off the road and kidnapped her in PA early Tuesday morning. Ruben Melendez Carrion, 27, was behind the wheel of a black two-door 2012 Honda Civic when he drove 25-year-old Krystal Rivera off the road near 3419 Commerce Center Blvd. in Bethlehem just before 7:20 a.m., Northampton County District Attorney Terence Houck said in a release. A Lehigh Valley man previously charged in a home break-in is facing a laundry list of additional charges in connection to a burglary and rape case from May 2020, authorities said.
