Body Of NJ Student, 24, Recovered From Delaware River In PA Human remains recovered from the Delaware River in Pennsylvania last week have been identified as a New Jersey college student, officials say. The body found by a fisherman in Falls Township, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, March 21 was that of 24-year-old Zachary Lodato, said Bucks County Coroner Meredith Buck in a release.  Lodato had been officially missing since Jan. 27, she said.  "He is confirmed to be the person witnessed jumping from the Trenton Makes Bridge on that date," reads the release. Preliminary examination reveals "no obvious signs of trauma" though the offici…

Wfmz Reporter Scott Babashak Who Met Wife On Air Dies, 54 Former TV news reporter Scott Babashak of Trenton died of a heart attack Friday, May 27, reports WFMZ, where he previously worked. He was 54 years old. The Hamilton native graduated from the Steinert High School in 1985, where he was president of his graduating class, his obit says. He went on to graduate from Rider University and subsequently landed a job at NBC in New York City. Babashak met his wife Liz Keptner while working on air together at 69-WFMZ-TV in Allentown, PA, before the two moved to Sacramento, CA. Babashak and Keptner moved back to the Lehigh Valley to raise …
