Montco Kidnapping Suspect Arrested In Philadelphia: US Marshals A traffic stop in West Philadelphia on Wednesday, March 27 ended in the arrest of a kidnapping suspect, said US Marshals.  Rakim Brown-Rowe, 35, was pulled over on the 6300 block of Race Street and taken into custody, according to authorities.  Marshals said Brown-Rowe was wanted in connection with a kidnapping and robbery in Upper Merion on March 13.  Court records say he's also charged with felony burglary and endangering the welfare of a child.  Brown-Rowe, of King of Prussia, is being held on $99,000 bail and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 3.&nb…

Missing Montco 11-Month-Old May Be 'At Risk': Police (Updated) Update: The subject of this report has been safely located, Upper Merion police say.  Authorities are searching for a missing infant who they believe "may be at special risk of harm or injury."  Rakim Rowe, 11 months, was last seen with his father Rakim Brown-Rowe near Moore Road in Upper Merion around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, said township police.  The child is 27 inches tall and weighs 18 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
