Bucks Felon Had 'Ghost Gun,' Weapon-Making Lab In Apartment, DA Says A convicted felon in Bucks County was sentenced to 10 years in jail after authorities found an illegal "ghost gun" in his home.  Scott A. Bucks County's Brooke Doucette Dies, 30 Bucks County native Brooke K. Doucette died on Tuesday, Oct. 4. She was 30. Doucette, of Plumstead Township, died from complications of an aneurysm, according to her obituary. Born in Doylestown, Doucette graduated from Central Bucks East High School and later studied at Bucks County Community College, her obit says. She hoped to one day own an animal sanctuary and enjoyed motorcycle riding, gardening, and cooking. Doucette leaves behind her parents Scott and Nancy Doucette, her brother Ryan A. Doucette, her dog Zero, and many other loved ones. Funeral services were held privately.

A warrant for Mervin Rosario's arrest was issued in May 2020, Plumstead Township police said. He was also wanted for similar crimes in Lower Makefield Township, police said.
