12-Year-Old PA Boy Found Wrapped In Plastic In Dumpster ID'd: Police The remains of a boy discovered in a West Philadelphia dumpster last week have been identified, according to city police.  The boy in the dumpster has been identified as 12-year-old Hezekiah "Hezzy" Bernard, authorities announced on Aug. 31.
