Woman Fatally Falls At Monroe County Correctional Facility Authorities are investigating after an inmate fell to her death at the Monroe County Correctional Facility, according to the District Attorney's Office.  The unnamed 42-year-old woman fell from an "upper tier" at the prison early Sunday morning, Feb. 4, and was badly injured, officials said.
