I-78 Crash: Multi-Vehicle Accident In Northampton County Multiple cars were involved in a wreck on Interstate 78 near Hellertown on Friday afternoon, Feb. 16, according to PennDOT.  It happened between Exit 67 to Hellertown/Bethlehem and Exit 60B to South 4th Street, the department said.  A lane restriction is in effect as of 2:50 p.m., officials said.
