Billboard Top 100 Rapper Lil Skies Arrested In Pennsylvania Rapper Lil Skies has 3.4 million followers on Instagram, a performance scheduled at Summer Smash, and a recently filed criminal charge in Pennsylvania.  Kimetrius Christopher Foose, 25 of Waynesboro — also known as Lil Skies — was arrested on the criminal charge of "Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle," the Chambersburg police department announced on May 31.
