Baby Beater Burned To Death By Boiling Water Down Back At PA Prison (Updated) A Delaware County dad serving time at a Montgomery County prison for abusing his infant daughter died after being scalded with boiling water, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office in a release. Brandon Grant, 39, died on Sunday, Jan. 14 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest from pulmonary thromboemboli due to deep vein thrombosis and complications from burns to his back, according to officials. PA Worker Dies After 25-Foot Fall Onto Concrete Floor: Coroner A Hazleton man is dead following an accidental workplace fall last Friday afternoon, Dec. 1, according to Coroner Daniel Buglio.  Joseph Forty was working at the NORPEL pet food processing facility in Hazle Township when he lost his footing and fell 25 feet, officials said.  He landed on a concrete floor and was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest where he died from his injuries on Monday morning, Dec. 4, the Coroner's Office said.  Forty's cause of death was recorded as blunt force trauma to the head and torso from a warehouse accident, Buglio wrote.
