Police ID Victim In Fatal Philadelphia Hit-Run Philadelphia police detectives are investigating after a woman was hit by two cars in a row and died Tuesday night.  It happened at the corner of 49th Street and Lancaster Avenue in Cathedral Park at about 8:20 p.m. on March 14, the department told Daily Voice.  Cobbs Creek resident Darlene Gaston, 58, was struck by a white Mitsubishi traveling west on Lancaster "at a high rate of speed," authorities said.
