Police ID Victim In Fatal Philadelphia Hit-Run Philadelphia police detectives are investigating after a woman was hit by two cars in a row and died Tuesday night.  It happened at the corner of 49th Street and Lancaster Avenue in Cathedral Park at about 8:20 p.m. on March 14, the department told Daily Voice.  Cobbs Creek resident Darlene Gaston, 58, was struck by a white Mitsubishi traveling west on Lancaster "at a high rate of speed," authorities said. West Philly Rowhome Fire Displaces 3 A two-alarm blaze at a West Philadelphia rowhome left three people and one pet displaced on Sunday, Jan. 22, fire officials announced.  The blaze began at about 10 p.m. on the 5600 block of Pemberton Street in the city's Cobbs Creek neighborhood.
