A fugitive was captured in Pennsylvania early Wednesday morning. The unnamed man has a Rochester, NY address, a South Carolina driver's license, and was wanted on a warrant in Maryland, the Camp Hill police explained. An officer with the CHPD pulled the man over for a traffic violation at 12:48 a.m. on March 13. Lower Allen police are looking for an accused fentanyl dealer in connection with a deadly overdose last year. Major Mahari Winfield Defreitas, 20, is wanted for drug delivery resulting in death and possession with intent to deliver, authorities said.
