DA: Suburban Philly Man Busted In Hotel Prostitution Ring Held Woman Captive, Gave Her Drugs A 25-year-old man was arrested after authorities found he had been running a prostitution ring in which he held a woman captive in a hotel in the Philadelphia suburbs, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office announced Monday. Cornell Scott-Milbourne, of Crum Lynne, was arrested on numerous charges relating to forcing women into sex for financial gains, aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault and more, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
