A 63-year-old grandmother from Florida has been charged in connection to the severe beating of the 2-month-old grandson in her care in Montgomery County, authorities said. A months-long investigation into the killing of 30-year-old Ebony Pack ended this week with the arrest of a Philadelphia man, authorities announced Friday. Ricky Vance, 52, was charged with first-degree murder and other offenses after having been accused of shooting Pack dead driving to her girlfriend's house in Lansdale on Nov. 28, 2020, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. A mother has been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of her 12-year-old daughter by her son in a Collegeville home earlier this month, authorities said. Charges have been upgraded for a 29-year-old Montgomery County dad who authorities said anally raped his 10-month-old daughter, killing her by way of blunt force head trauma.
