Philadelphia Lottery Player Wins $259K Playing 'Monopoly' Game Pass "Go" and collect $259,538.  A Pennsylvania Lottery player in Philadelphia's Wissahickon section won a six-figure prize playing the "MONOPOLY: Free Parking Progressive" game on Monday, Jan. 22, said officials in a release.  The Commissary Food Market at 5255 Ridge Avenue will receive its own $500 reward for vending the lucky ticket, lotto reps said.  The "MONOPOLY" game is a $10 Fast Play game that offers progressive prizes starting at $150,000, officials said.
