A retail theft ring operating in Philadelphia stole thousands of dollars of diapers, batteries, candy, and other goods, according to police.
Three men — Daquan Johnson, Lytrell Scott, and Byron Jordan-Prince — were arrested Sunday, July 14 on multiple counts related to the thefts, authorities said in a release Friday, July 26. A fourth suspect is expected to turn himself in on Monday, July 29.

A suspect surrendered to police in connection with a sexual assault in Philadelphia last month, authorities say.
Gary A. Miles, 35, is charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment, said city police on Thursday morning, July 11.
