PA Dad Dies After Tractor-Trailer Crash: Authorities
An Upper Milford man who was badly hurt after colliding with a tractor-trailer in Bucks County last month has succumbed to his wounds, authorities say. Thirty-eight-year-old Jeremy Kiefer died from multiple traumatic injuries late on Saturday, Oct. 7, Coroner Daniel Buglio said. The accident happened on Route 663 in Milford Township on Monday, Sept. 25. Loved ones raised a combined $20,000 to support his recovery over two separate GoFundMe campaigns while the 38-year-old was hospitalized. Lehigh Valley Drug Dealer Convicted In Bucks Victim's Heroin, Fentanyl Overdose Death
A 46-year-old man from the Lehigh Valley was convicted of providing the drugs that led to the overdose death of a 23-year-old man in Bucks County, authorities said. Jose D. Maldonado, of Easton, sold the victim and his friend drugs containing heroin/fentanyl the day before he died in Nov. 2019, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office said. A driver who fled the scene of a fatal crash on Route 663 in Bucks County on Thursday, killing a 28-year-old Pottstown woman, is being sought by police. Just before noon, Steffani Greco was driving a Ford truck east on John Fries Highway near Brinkman Road in Milford Township when a vehicle attempted to make a left into her lane, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
