Two More Charged In Connection With Bucks Cockfight, Police Say Two more people are accused of taking part in an alleged illegal cockfight in Doylestown last month, say Plumstead police.  Manfid Duran, 49, and Mara Duran, 50, are each charged with felony aggravated cruelty to animals, authorities said.  Plumstead police and the Bucks County SPCA said they uncovered a cockfight in a Doylestown garage on Feb. 18. 25 People Scramble As Cockfighting Ring Is Uncovered In Bucks County: SPCA A cockfighting ring was uncovered in the garage of a Bucks County home this week, officials said. Twenty-five people fled when officials from the Bucks County SPCA and Plumstead police arrived to the Doylestown property Sunday afternoon, Feb. 18, the Bucks SPCA said. Cesar Cordova-Morales, who remained at the scene, was detained by police. He was carrying a satchel containing several bottles of steroids, cutting instruments, string, artificial metal spurs, spur covers, and other items commonly used in cockfighting, police said.
