Bethlehem Duo Charged In Overnight Burglary Spree A pair of Bethlehem residents are charged in connection with a string of overnight break-ins at Palmer Township area homes and businesses, authorities say.  Martha Toukolehto and Eugene Ruiz are in the Northampton County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail, township police wrote in a release.  It started around 3:45 a.m. Monday, June 26, when officers responded to a burglar alarm at the Weis Market on William Penn Highway, authorities said.
