Cold CASE: Lehigh County Couple, Infant Killed In 'Suspicious Fire' State police are looking for tips in a "suspicious fire" that killed three people in Lynn Township more than 25 years ago.  Linda Ann Howland, David Wayne Jones, and their 3-month-old daughter Leah Michelle Jones died when their home caught fire on April 26, 1998, according to PSP.  The family lived in a converted barn on a property that Howland ran as a horse farm, authorities said. Unidentified Body Found At Scene Of 'Suspicious' Fire In Chester County: DA Investigators in Chester County are working to identify a man found dead at the scene of a fire over the weekend.  It happened in the West Vincent Township section of Chester Springs on Sunday, June 18, said District Attorney Deb Ryan's Office in a statement.  Authorities were called to the 2300 block of Eagle Farm Road around 5:30 p.m., where they found the body on the south side of the street, according to the release.  Both the fire and the man's death are "suspicious," the DA's Office said.  The victim is described as a Latino man in his late 20s or early 30s.
