Ada Ortiz, Sebastian Serrano Killed In Allentown Shooting Officials have named the woman and baby who were fatally shot in an Allentown home last Friday, Dec. 29.  They were 44-year-old Ada Ortiz and her 1-year-old grandson Sebastian Serrano, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  Officials said Ortiz died from multiple gunshot wounds while Serrano's autopsy was still ongoing as of midday Tuesday, Jan. 2. Double Homicide: Infant, Woman, Man Shot In PA Home, Police Say A man, a woman, and a baby were found shot in Allentown, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A.
