Easton Ex-Con, 36, Nabbed With $9K In Cocaine, Heroin, ‘Ghost Gun’ Supplies, Police Say An ex-convict was arrested Thursday morning after a search of his Easton apartment turned up thousands of dollars’ worth of heroin, cocaine and items used to make “ghost guns,” authorities said. Easton Police carried out a search warrant at the S. 7th Street apartment of Jeffrey Brownlee, 36, who they say was actively selling narcotics and possibly manufacturing unlicensed firearms known as “ghost guns,” authorities said.
