A man was arrested Wednesday after a raid of an Allentown home found an extensive amount of drugs, a rifle, and cash, authorities said.
Detectives served a search warrant for a home in the 800 block of North Sherman Street at approximately 6:10 a.m., according to Allentown police.
The search of 50-year-old Israel Maldonado's home seized cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, ecstasy, marijuana, a rifle, cash, assorted packaging material, and a digital scale, authorities said.

A pair of formerly convicted felons were found with Nazi paraphernalia in addition to nearly $1 million worth of crystal meth, Fentanyl and firearms in a Northampton County trafficking scheme, Attorney General Josh Shapiro said Friday.
A search warrant was conducted Wednesday at the Northampton Borough home of Christopher Weikert and Tara Gallucci, both 34, by the Bureau of Narcotics Investigations and the Pennsylvania State Police Special Emergency Response Team, Shapiro said.
