Joshua is remembered for his loyalty, his witty sense of humor, and his generous, kind, and empathic soul that always saw the best in others.
Joshua is survived by his loving parents, Alejandro and Brenda Alvarez; his brothers, Hector Daniel, Nahaman and Nahum; a nephew, Michael; a niece, Ruby; and many more close companions.

Joshua’s memorial was held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Allentown on Thursday, Nov. 17.
“Rip Josh Alvarez I can’t believe it. You will be missed my love,” reads a tribute from Crisdalis Santos.
“Love your friends and family while [you’re] still here because you never know when is going to be the last time you’ll see them.”
