PSP Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive Captured In Steelton: US Marshals A man featured in the Pennsylvania State Police Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive list in January  2024 has been captured by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, The US Marshals Service announced late on Feb. 21.  Ricky Jermaine Anderson, 44 of Steelton, was located by US Marshals with the assistance of the Steelton Police on Feb. 16, U.S. Marshal William Pugh detailed in Wednesday's release.  Anderson was found in the 100 block of Frank S. Most Wanted: Child Beater Sought By Police In PA A man who pleaded guilty to aggravated assault of his child is wanted by the police.  Joseph Allen Hafner violated the terms of his probation in 2021, court records show. A warrant was issued by the Adams County Sheriff's Office on June 14, 2023.  Hafner beat his child, who was less than 6 years old in Sept. 2017, according to court dockets. He pleaded guilty to the related charges in Oct. 2019.
