A new tropical system has developed and is expected to become a major hurricane threatening the East Coast by this weekend. Tropical Depression 13, now in the Central Atlantic is headed on a northwestern path, the National Hurricane Center said. Triple Twister Touch Down: Tornadoes Confirmed By NWS In Pennsylvania
Three tornadoes have been confirmed to have touched down in Central Pennsylvania on Monday, Aug. 7, the National Weather Service confirmed on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023. According to NWS, the first tornado started near the south side of North Church Street in Black Rock around 5:02 p.m. and ended around 5:05 p.m. near Glenville Road.
