Teen Gunman Sought In Shooting Of 15-Year-Old Lancaster Resident: Police
Police are looking for a teenage gunman accused of shooting a 15-year-old resident in Lancaster last month. Jeffrey Moreau, 16, is wanted on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a minor, and other related offenses in the April 26 shooting, Lancaster police said. He will be charged as an adult. Officers responding to the intersection of South Queen Street and East Andrew Street found the unidentified teenage victim with a gunshot wound to their torso around 4 p.m., police said. A man who threatened to share sexually explicit images of another person is wanted on a criminal warrant for charges related to that and another incident, according to Manheim Township police. Jonathan Jafeth Serrano, 20, of no known address, repeatedly contacted another person and demanded to meet with them in the 300 block Kentshire Drive on Aug. 22. Police: Man Gropes, Grabs 3 Victims On Lancaster Street
A 28-year-old man accused of groping and grabbing three female victims on Lancaster streets was arrested, thanks to witnesses. Phillip Choub was being held on charges of indecent assault and harassment stemming from incidents on May 25, Lancaster police said. One of the alleged victims told police Choub approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks, then her arm when she tried confronting him, authorities said. Coroner IDs Man, 61, Found Unconscious, Death Declared Homicide
The Lancaster County Coroner has identified a man who was found unconscious in Lancaster and ruled his death a homicide, according to LNP. Hipolito Gonzalez, 61, of Dorwart Street, has been identified as the man found unconscious by his neighbor on the evening March 18. Gonzalez died from a traumatic brain injury at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital several days later, according to the coroner. The coroner ruled his death a homicide. ! Christmas Day Shooter Found Hiding In Lancaster Home
An 18-year-old man wanted in connection with a Christmas Day shooting was found hiding in a Lancaster home, authorities said. Police were called to the the 1st block of New Dorwart Street at 10:49 p.m. last Friday on the suspicion of a break-in, Lancaster police said. While standing at the front door, they witnessed Shane McCracken Jr. crawling out a third floor window into an open window of a vacant adjoining home, as the building was evacuated, authorities said.
