A bystander with a fire extinguisher and a Quarryville firefighter with a garden hose battled a house fire, following the two-vehicle crash in Quarryville on Thursday, authorities say. The force of a two-vehicle crash sent a car into a home in the 900 block of Kirkwood Pike in Colerain Township at 8:20 p.m. on July 13, 2023, fire officials said. When the fire crews arrived they found one vehicle in the road and the other one went into the "B" side of the house, according to the Quarryville Fire Department. Cement Truck Crash Sends Vehicle Into Quarryville House
A cement truck hit a passenger car, sending it into a home in Lancaster County on Thursday, according to Quarryville Fire Department. The crash happened in the 1700 block of Kirkwood Pike (Rt. 472) in Colerain Township around 7:30 a.m. One person was reported as trapped, their medical condition is unknown.
