Teen Nephew Stabs Aunt In Back Of Head While She's Driving, PA State Police  A 15-year-old boy is in police custody after stabbing his aunt in the back of the head — while she was driving — Pennsylvania State Police announced on Feb. 16. Man Dies At Scene Of Lancaster County Crash: PA State Police (Update)  Additional details have been released after a man died at the scene of a crash, authorities announced on Monday, Nov. 13.  Randy Keith Turner Jr. of the 200 block of Bethesda Church Road, Holtwood was pronounced dead at 2:55 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's office.  His pick-up truck had left the roadway at 54 Westview Road, Martic Township going over an embankment around 1:58 a.m., according to the coroner's and the Pennsylvania State Police reports.   An autopsy on Monday revealed his death was accidental due to multipl…
