Central PA Chase At Speeds 130MPH+ Without Headlights: State Police Say A man has been arrested in connection with an over 130-mile-per-hour chase in Central Pennsylvania, State Police announced on Tuesday, March 26.   Ryan Tyler Heisey, 22 of Mechanicsburg, was first spotted going at a high rate of speed on the Harrisburg Expressway/PA 581 West around midnight on Monday, March 25, Corporal Costello detailed in a release the following morning.  Starting at mile marker four, PSP troopers from Harrisburg began to pursue a 2011 silver Infiniti G37 "reaching speeds over 130 miles per hour," as stated in the release.  The troopers involved in th…

Multi-Vehicle Crash Leaves 1 Unconscious On PA 581: PennDOT A multiple-vehicle crash temporarily closed PA 581 in Central Pennsylvania on Thursday, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  The crash involving three passenger vehicles happened at mile marker 3.9 on PA 581 West shortly after 11 a.m. on Nov. 9, Schreffler detailed. Initially, all westbound lanes were closed between Exit 3: US 11 South - Carlisle Pike and Exit 5: US 15 South - US 11/15 North Gettysburg or Camp Hill.
