Infant, Toddler Missing; 5 Dead In Bucks Co. Flooding: Officials Five people are now confirmed dead due to the flash flooding in Bucks County over the weekend, while officials continue to search for the two children — including a 9-month-old baby — who are still missing, according to Upper Makefield police.  Authorities said early on Sunday, July 16 that the bodies of two women and one man who had been swept away in the flash floods had been recovered from areas across Upper Makefield, Daily Voice reported.
