Cause Revealed After 130+ Displaced By Fire At New Apartment Complex In Central PA: Officials The cause of a fire — that displaced more than 130 residents in Central Pennsylvania on Easter Sunday evening — has been released, officials said. Crews were called to the fire at former Masland Factory and newly opened Northside Village Apartments located at 5 Northside Lane just off Carlisle Springs Road in Carlisle at 5:43 p.m. on March 31. Broken Skull Among Injuries Suffered By PA Firefighter In Crash, Family Says Support is on the rise for a Virginia and Maryland firefighter who was in a crash on his way to work. Christian Bomgardner was flown to a nearby hospital with serious injuries in the crash on Monday, March 25, John Wright, President-Emeritus of the Frederick County, Virginia Professional Fire Fighters IAFF Local 4145, said on a GoFundMe.
