The arrest of a third suspect allegedly involved in the February killing of a Philadelphia rapper and his friend in Chester City brings the four-month-long investigation to a close, authorities on Tuesday announced. DA: 15-Year-Old Charged In Deadly Shooting That Left Philadelphia Rapper, Friend Dead
A 15-year-old is facing charges for his connection to a Delaware County shooting that left two men dead, 6abc Action News reports. Local police arrived on the scene to find a crowd of people around a silver Chevrolet Impala that appeared to have crashed into a building on the 1100 block of West Third Street in Chester around 7:20 p.m. on Feb. 1, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer told the news outlet.
