'Altercation' Ends In Deadly Shooting On Reading Street: Authorities One man is dead and another is in police custody after shots rang out on a Reading street late Wednesday, March 13, according to authorities.  First responders were called to the 900 block of Franklin Street around 10:15 p.m., Reading police wrote in a release.  They arrived to find Antonio Carrero dead at the scene, the department said.  Investigators believe Carrero and suspect Jonathan Minier "got into an altercation" before the shooting.
