'Altercation' Ends In Deadly Shooting On Reading Street: Authorities One man is dead and another is in police custody after shots rang out on a Reading street late Wednesday, March 13, according to authorities.  First responders were called to the 900 block of Franklin Street around 10:15 p.m., Reading police wrote in a release.  They arrived to find Antonio Carrero dead at the scene, the department said.  Investigators believe Carrero and suspect Jonathan Minier "got into an altercation" before the shooting. US Marshals Detail Capture Of Escaped Philadelphia Prisoner Alleem Borden The man who ran from police custody in Philadelphia on Monday morning, Feb. 26 has been arrested, authorities say.  Alleem Borden was reportedly being held in connection with a stolen car when he escaped while being discharged from Episcopal Hospital, according to US Marshals.  Borden was tracked down to an address in Johnstown, Cambria County, where Marshals said they found him hiding in an attic crawlspace.
