Coroner IDs Allentown Man Killed In Shooting At City Park Officials have named the victim in the deadly Fountain Park shooting on Saturday evening, June 1.  Angel Martinez Velez, 25, was struck by multiple gunshots around 6:30 p.m., according to Allentown police and the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  He was pronounced dead at the scene on the 900 block of Martin Luther King Drive, authorities said.  Martinez Velez's cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds and the manner of death was homicide, the coroner said after an autopsy on Monday, June 3.  Mayor Matthew Tuerk called the shooting "a terrible and preventable tragedy"…

64 Grams Of Meth Seized During Allentown Arrest, Police Say A routine police patrol in Allentown on Wednesday, March 27 ended in one arrest and the seizure of 64 grams of methamphetamine, according to authorities.  APD said patrol officers were on the 1400 block of Martin Luther King Drive around 3 p.m. when they stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle and a person "loitering in the area."  Rafael Jose Heredia, 30, was arrested and charged with drug possession with intent to deliver and related counts, police said.  He's being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond and has a preliminary hearing on April 5, court records show
