Woman Nabbed For Deadly Eastern PA Street Racing Crash A Norristown woman is in police custody after authorities say she caused a crash that killed one person and injured six more while street racing through the middle of the city.  Twenty-year-old Ashley Jones is charged with homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, and related counts, said the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.  It happened around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, June 26, prosecutors said. Jones was is in Toyota Highlander with an 11-year-old passenger when she and another driver at a stoplight began to race down West Main Street, investigators believe.  …

Police were dispatched on reports of a cardiac arrest to a home on Centre Avenue on Feb. 22 around noon to find Kendra Simmons performing CPR on her infant daughter, MacKenna Baylis, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
