Zamareon Moat, Armani Coleman Abused Twins, DA Says
Two Chester parents are accused of abusing their 1-year-old twins almost to death, according to a release from the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
Zamareon Moat, 18, and Armani Coleman, 23, are charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, and conspiracy, prosecutors said.
The investigation began when Chester police were called to the couple's home about an unconscious infant on Jan. 22, the release says. Coleman handed arriving officers her 1-year-old son, who was lethargic and drawing shallow breaths, according to authorities.

Philly Drug Dealer Cooked Meth In Darby, Police Believe
A Philadelphia man accused of selling drugs cooked his methamphetamine in Delaware County, investigators believe.
Marcus Harris, 27, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 13 following an investigation by state, county, and local law enforcement officials, said Darby Township police in a statement.
Authorities claim Harris had 4.25 pounds of meth and two illegally-owned guns in his possession at the time of his arrest.

One suspect was caught while two were being sought in connection with a deadly shooting last month in Chester, authorities in Delaware County announced.
Damar Macklin, 21, of Chester, was charged with first and third-degree murder, criminal homicide, firearms not to be carried without a license, and other offenses in the shooting death of Kashif Love on Monday, Aug. 22, according to court records and Chester City police.
Macklin, who was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 24, remained held in Delaware County Prison without bail, records show.

Members of the US Marshals Service arrested an Amazon delivery driver on Monday, March 14, wanted in a February road rage shooting in Delaware County, authorities announced.
Anthony Jones, 38, was arrested at a relative's house in Philadelphia, Clifton Heights police said.

A Chester City man accused of raping two young family members over the course of two years has been arrested and charged, authorities said.
Irvin Saunders, 68, was charged with rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual assault, indecent assault, indecent exposure, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of minors, and unlawful contact of minors, according to the City of Chester Police Department.

Hit-Run Driver Nabbed In Upper Chichester Pedestrian Death
A driver who initially fled the scene of a fatal pedestrian crash Thursday in Upper Chichester has been arrested, authorities said.
Joseph Garcia, 51, of Brookhaven, was charged with accidents involving death or personal injury, and additional traffic summonses, public court records show.
The driver fled the scene of the crash in the 1300 block of Chichester Avenue shortly after 8:25 p.m., according to investigators, but was later identified as Garcia by his license plate, 6abc reports.
